This will be the last Members' evening of the 2018/19 observing season and the Moon will again be up.  However,  it should be a nice evening for stargazing and observing planets, like Mars.

Every one has heard about the big-bang theory but nearly everyone mis-understands it. Fred Stevenson will talk about the origins of cosmology.

Remember to wrap up warm, wear appropriate footwear and to bring a torch to see your way back to your car. DIRECTIONS

Pre-registration by Friday 8th March is required for registered Supporting Members to be able to attend this event free of charge.

(Note: If this event becomes over-subscribed then an additional event will be arranged for a later date)
